We worked several times with David and every shooting was great. He's a very talented photographer with an amazing instinctive feeling for the right moment to shoot. He only needs a few shots to produce some brilliant pictures.

I had the pleasure to work with David in various photo productions for major German music acts during my time at Columbia/SonyBMG between 2005-2008. David is a very creative, committed and flexible photographer. I enjoyed working with David  because he inspires the people he works with, is easy going  and has a great out-of-the-box thinking when it comes to setting the scene and right mood for the shoot. His calm professionalism and reliability were always very much appreciated by both the artists and myself.
The final results that David delivered have always been 100% satisfactory.

I did a photo shoot over two days with David in September 2009.It was a true pleasure to work with him because of the relaxing atmosphere he is presenting. He arrived with a lot of ideas, but was almost more interested in my own ideas which is a big strength in his work.
The fact that he was shooting with an old analogue camera offered a lot of insight for me. Every picture was important and it did not end in a long and tiring session because of this.The pictures came fast and was everything I hoped for.

David was the set photographer for the Brandt Brauer Frick Ensemble video "Pretend" that was shot outside Berlin in  the Lungenheilanstalt Grabowsee. Even under difficult circumstances like thousands of aggressive mosquitos he did an  amazing job.
 David was shooting 4 days at the set and the result totally reflected the atmosphere of the video as well as the sentiment behind the scenes. We, at !K7, love the photos and are looking forward to working with David again.
